Work-Life Services Brochure

The Governor's Office of Employee Relations (GOER) has just updated the Work-Life Services brochure. Work-Life Services offers a multitude of programs such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP), NYS Balance, Worksite Child Care Centers, and Pre-Retirement Planning, that help thousands of NY state employees better balance their daily lives. These programs help connect employees with needed resources or save them money and time. For more information on NYS Work-Life Services, please see their web site.

Here are two additional documents that may be useful from our friends at GOER:

  • [PDF] Information outlining Benefits available to New York State Employees.
  • [PDF] Information on Summer Day Camp Programs around the State.

All current memberships are for 15 months, which may be added on to an existing membership. It's a good idea to know your membership expiration date and coordinate renewals with an open period. Please have your BJ's Membership number available.

For more information check out this flyer.

Please make ALL checks/money orders payable to "BJ's." NO CASH. There is a way to pay by credit card, but keep in mind you may be sending information through campus mail. (If requesting return via USPS, please include SASE!) Your completed and SIGNED application with payment will be forwarded to BJ’s. Please keep the GOLD COPY as your “Temporary Membership” receipt. Processing of your membership takes approximately 3-4 weeks from the time the application reaches BJ’s.
